Zumba combines Latin and international music and dance to give you an amazing workout with all elements of fitness, such as cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. This high-energy class is perfect for your mind, body, and soul!
Dance/Music Styles: salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, hip hop, Bhangra, disco, & more!
Intensity: All ages/abilities are welcome! We “go hard” but also offer modifications for those who need it.

A.L.O.E. stands for “A Little of Everything” and is the best way to describe this class. If you enjoy listening to a wide range of music genres, you will have a blast in this class and be exposed to a variety of dance styles. The options are limitless!
Along with athletic variations, this class will make you feel the burn and help you reach your fitness goals!
Perfect class for beginners to experts!
This class is catered more towards adults, but students ages 12+ are welcome!

Book a time with us! We can come to you, whether that’s at your Airbnb, house, an outdoor space, etc. As long as there’s space for us to move, that works perfectly!

We LOVE doing themed dance parties!
Some parties that we’ve done in the past include: 80’s, Halloween, Pitbull, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Glow!
