Zumba
Zumba combines Latin and international music and dance to give you an amazing workout with all elements of fitness, such as cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. This high-energy class is perfect for your mind, body, and soul!
Dance/Music Styles: salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, hip hop, Bhangra, disco, & more!
Intensity: All ages/abilities are welcome! We “go hard” but also offer modifications for those who need it.
A.L.O.E. “A Little of Everything”
A.L.O.E. stands for “A Little of Everything” and is the best way to describe this class. If you enjoy listening to a wide range of music genres, you will have a blast in this class and be exposed to a variety of dance styles. The options are limitless!
Along with athletic variations, this class will make you feel the burn and help you reach your fitness goals!
Perfect class for beginners to experts!
This class is catered more towards adults, but students ages 12+ are welcome!
Zumba Kids/Zumba Kids Jr. (Coming Soon)
Zumba Kids (ages 7-11) and Zumba Kids Jr. (ages 4-6) are classes designed to get children moving while having fun! This 60 minute, high-energy dance party is packed with choreographed/kid-friendly routines, cultural/geographical education, and games/activities that they will love. These classes also help increase focus, self-confidence, enhance coordination, and overall positively impact health/wellbeing.

This program is designed for active older adults, beginner participants, and other populations that may need modifications for success. The goal of this class is to help participants improve both physical and mental health in a safe, fun, effective way through slow progressions.
